Welcome

Most of these poems were inspired and written for some of the most wonderful people in my life. The rest come from a place neither here nor there.

Age

Sandy grain of slipping time,
Blows through the ether breeze,
It fades away into the past,
Or what's now "make-believe."

The checkers fall in pacely place,
The road untwists - unwinds.
The feet, once frail, now strong,
Lead 'the you' in kind.

The path they take is unfamiliar,
As is what's around,
You trust them as you'd trust your own,
Not knowing where they're bound.

"Life is 'Journey" often said,
By those who some see wise.
But only you can separate,
The secrets from the lies.
